I’m a refugee of the music industry.  I have a scar or two, but nothing to complain about or apologize for.  It just wasn’t my scene anymore.  In short, when reality begins to approach your dreams, and at the same time resembles little of them, it’s time for something else – somewhere else.

That’s where this project begins.  The music biz is a different beast today (for mostly better than worse).  It’s all wide open; there are no rules, and ever fewer rulers, but it’s still a beast, nonetheless.  I want this experience to be different in every way.  When it’s all said and done, I just don’t want to feel like Jonah … again.

I will always play music.  I will always write music.  I will always love music.  This project will either be the first of many, or the last of only a few.
